BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (CMC) – Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness Friday urged Caribbean Community (Caricom) countries to adopt a strong position against criminal gangs as regional leaders said that certain acts of violence “must now be regarded as acts of terrorism”.
