UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday condemned "gang violence and loss of life in Haiti" after nearly 200 people were killed in a brutal weekend massacre.
"He expresses his deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims of this horrific act," his spokesman Stephane Dujarric said, calling for a thorough investigation.
