TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (CMC) – Honduran President, Xiomara Castro, says she will convene a summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) to seek an urgent and solidarity-based solution to the crisis in Haiti, where criminal gangs have been seeking to overthrow the government in the French-speaking Caribbean Community (Caricom) country.
