Held under the theme ‘Seet, Plan it, Dweet’, the conference was staged by YES Effect International and WomanUp Ja as a catalyst for transforming the mindset of Jamaica’s youth through empowerment and exposure to industry strategies, which should lead to leading meaningful lives. The conference featured an array of experts who engaged participants on topics such as visualisation, financial investing, personal branding, and talent monetisation.
