The counts conceded so far include counts three, four and one on which the four now freed men had had been charged.
Similarly, the Crown conceded that it has no evidence in respect of count five against Chevroy Evans, Rushane Williams and Rivaldo Hylton.
In relation to count six, prosecutors also conceded that they had insufficient evidence to successfully pin the accused Jahzeel Blake, Tomrick Taylor and Donovan Richards. Prosecutors also conceded counts nine, 10 and 11 on the indictment, saying there was no evidence led on those counts in relation to the accused Owen Ormsby and Karl Beech.
They further conceded counts 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 25 in respect of several of the accused stating the offences on which they had been charged had either not been made out or there was insufficient evidence.
