“Due to…its effects on the island, we wish to inform the public that there are temporary disruptions in reaching NCB’s Customer Care Centre via our toll-free number 888-NCB-FIRST and live chat on our website,” NCB said in a release.
“We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are working diligently to restore these communication channels. In the interim, we advise our customers to make use of our online banking and mobile app platforms for their banking needs.
NCB added that customers can email the bank at ncbinfo@jncb.com for specific queries or assistance.
“Please bear with us as response times may be longer than usual given the circumstances. Additionally, the ‘NCB Assist’ feature is available for customers to self-serve a variety of issues via our online banking platform,” NCB said. “We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and assure you that we are doing everything possible to return to regular service levels as quickly as conditions permit.
