Sections of Marcus Garvey Drive closed to process crime scene

KINGSTON Jamaica— Motorists who are heading towards Portmore, St Catherine from Hagley Park Road in Kingston are being asked to divert to Spanish Town as sections of Marcus Garvey Drive is closed to facilitate the processing of a crime scene.

OBSERVER ONLINE understands that a man was fatally shot on Marcus Garvey Drive.

He has been identified as Jamaica Labour Party (JLP )councillor caretaker Lennox Hines.
