Residents, cabbies protest poor road condition in Hertford, Westmoreland

WESTMORELAND, Jamaica – Disgruntled residents and taxi operators took to the Hertford main road in Westmoreland on Monday morning as they mounted roadblocks protesting the poor road condition.

Residents have downed trees and used debris, garbage, old appliances and vehicles to block the thoroughfare.
