VIA at Braemar, the sleekly designed 99 mixed-unit innovative development, on October 1 hosted its ‘Welcome Home’ event for residents on the building’s sky deck.

The development is the latest complex to host a welcome home for residents, partners and specially invited guests by Proven Properties Limited. The event, hosted by emcee extraordinaire Terri-Karrelle Reid, on the Sky Deck of the complex overlooking the city, was a breathtaking affair with delectable delights by Jacqui Tyson, cool tunes spun by DJ Sparks, a house band providing the rhythmic tunes of reggae, and a show- stopping performance by Agent Sasco that lit up the night.

Christopher Williams, who heads Proven Management Limited and is the chairman of Proven Properties, stated that VIA at Braemar demonstrates the evolution of our Jamaican lifestyle into living quarters.

He praised CEO Aisha Campbell, stating, “This lady that runs real estate in a man’s world is killin’ it! You have no idea what she’s coming with. I had no idea this building would be so amazing!”
