One man, two women in custody following gun seizure in St James

ST JAMES, Jamaica — Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Operations Team, alongside members of the Jamaica Defense Force, seized two Glock pistols while conducting a flag march on Jimmy Cliff Blvd in Montego Bay, St James on Monday.

Reports reaching OBSERVER ONLINE are that during the operation, the police stopped and searched a silver Toyota Premio vehicle.

A modified Glock 26 pistol with nine 9mm rounds and a Glock 27 pistol with seven .40 rounds were found.

One man and two women were taken into custody following the seizure.
