Man pleads guilty in murder of Paulwell’s daughter, child’s mom
KINGSTON, Jamaica – One of the three men charged in relation to the abduction and murder of 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson and her 10-month-old daughter Sarayah Paulwell has pleaded guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of kidnapping.
The defendant entered the plea before Supreme Court judge Justice Lorna Shelly Williams on Thursday afternoon.
He is to return to court on November 15 for sentencing.
The man is among four persons charged with the macabre killing of mother and child, whose father is Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell.
US Navy petty officer Leoda Bradshaw, who also shares a child with Paulwell, is alleged to be the mastermind behind a murder-for-hire plot that claimed the lives of Patterson and her daughter.
