Jamaica’s Ximines signs 2.5 year deal with Belgian club
Jamaican footballer Tarick Ximines is officially a Belgian Pro League player, having signed a two-and-a-half year deal with Cercle Brugge K.S.V.
The club made the announcement via social media on Wednesday.
Ximines, 18, played a vital role in Jamaica College’s success in the recently-concluded schoolboy football season, with the team winning both the Manning Cup and Champions Cup competitions.
He also played for two Jamaica Premier League teams: Harbour View United, where he made 16 appearances, scoring one goal; and Mount Pleasant, where he made five appearances, also scoring one goal.
