Gas prices, diesel down $4.50
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the prices of gasoline and diesel effective Thursday, September 29, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $4.50, 87-octane gasoline will be sold for $193.16 per litre while 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $197.14 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $220.26 per litre after a decrease of $4.50, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $227.25 per litre also down by $4.50.
Kerosene increased in price by $3.06 and will be sold for $213.43 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $60.68 per litre down by $4.50 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $67.87 per litre after a decrease of $4.09.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
