Chris Brown’s Nightmares featuring Byron Messia debuts on the UK Singles chart
Nightmares, an Afrobeats/dancehall song recorded by R&B singer Chris Brown and Byron Messia, has debuted at number 73 on the UK Singles chart.
The song, which is featured on Brown’s eleventh studio album aptly titled 11:11, also debuts at number 22 on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart and number 25 on the New Zealand Hot 100.
Nightmares was produced by Ryan Press and Chopstix. It was co-written by Sean Kingston and American rapper HoodyBaby.
A video for Nightmares was shot on location in Tivoli Gardens in August, days after Brown performed at the National Stadium at his Under the Influence concert. It was directed by Travis Colbert and Chris Brown.
The album 11:11 was released via RCA Records on November 10.
Nightmares has given Byron his second entry on the UK Singles chart. His breakout hit song Talibans, peaked at #12 in June and spent 19 weeks on the chart.
