Ambassador Assamba’s son has died
Domonic Strachan, the only child of People’s National Party (PNP) legal advisor Aloun N’dombet Assamba, has died.
OBSERVER ONLINE understands that Strachan suffered a heart attack early Saturday morning in Moneague, St Ann. He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Strachan was the only child of N’dombet-Assamba, who has served as Jamaica’s High Commissioner to London, as a Cabinet Minister, Member of Parliament, and as a member of the Senate.
There have been an outpouring of tributes to Strachan and messages of condolences to N’dombet-Assamba on social media.
