Yesterday: Best of the 90s a hit
The 20th anniversary celebration of Wray & Nephew Yesterday: Best of the 90s was a hit with patrons at Mas Camp in St Andrew recently.
The event attracted a large number of patrons who danced the night away to the musical thrills provided by Bass Odyssey, DJ Arif Cooper and DJ Marvin.
Promoter Gyete Ghartey was pleased with the night’s turn of events.
“Because it was our 20th anniversary, it was a celebratory vibe. The ambiance was also celebratory with lots of fireworks and confetti. It was more than a dance. People were just in a good vibe,” said Ghartey.
He said the DJs stuck to the script and their selections helped to make the event a memorable one.
“They stuck to the task and delivered the theme which is hits from the 90s,” Ghartey disclosed.
Asked what has kept patrons coming out in droves to the event with each staging, Ghartey said: “We try to be consistent and offer a good product at an affordable price and delivering on it. We always deliver full entertainment to our patrons.”
The next staging of Wray & Nephew Yesterday: The Best of the 90s is scheduled for December 26 at Mas Camp.
