Off-to-school with Popcaan
For the third year, since 2019, dancehall artiste Popcaan treated hundreds of children from his home parish of St Thomas to much-needed school supplies at his annual Off-to-School Treat and Fun Day.
The event, held at Rudolph Elder Park, was made possible through funding from his Popcaan Care Foundation.
The day featured a host of fun activities with a number of rides scattered across the venue.
In addition to school supplies, attendees were also treated to a performance from the artiste himself.
A representative of the organisers said: “This treat is one all of St Thomas looks forward to and so the anticipation is usually high. Hundreds of children come out to not only receive well-needed school supplies but to also have a good time. We pride ourselves on making the event fun…”
