Executive and Director Changes
Mariame McIntosh Robinson will be resigning as the president and chief executive officer of First Global Bank Limited (FGB) on July 18. Radcliffe Daley has been made the acting head of the bank until a permanent leader is appointed. Daley is the chief operating officer of FGB. Its unknown if McIntosh Robinson will remain on the boards of other GraceKennedy Limited subsidiaries, such as Key Insurance Company Limited and GK Capital Management Limited.
Tricia Hill has resigned as the country manager for Trinidad and Tobago Seprod Limited effective May 4.
Shena Stubbs Gibson resigned as the company secretary of 1834 Investments Limited and its subsidiaries on May 1. Tara Leevy was appointed as the new company secretary on the same day.
Lisa Kong-Lee and Vishwanauth Tolan have been appointed as the executive director and general manager of Blue Power Group Limited as of June 2.

A connected party of Elite Diagnostic Limited sold 762,359 shares for a consideration of $2.59 million between May 31 to June 2. A director of Wisynco Group Limited sold 500,000 shares for a consideration of $9.5 million on May 26.

Berger Paints Jamaica Limited, Stationery and Office Supplies Limited, and Ironrock Insurance Company Limited should submit their annual reports by June 10, June 30, and July 8, respectively. Wigton Windfarm Limited will exercise the extension offered by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to file its 2022 audited financials and annual report.
Proven Investments Limited expects to publish its audited financials by June 30, following additional time to finalise the audit process of three acquisitions during the year.
Carreras Limited has declared a dividend of $0.23 to be paid on July 5 to shareholders on record as of June 17. This payment totals $1.12 billion.
