Empowering girls

Wright Vaughn was the guest speaker for the school’s Girls’ Day event, which was observed under the theme ‘Empowering our girls to be our future leaders’. She encouraged the girls to set GOALS by G – going after it (step out and be bold); O – observing what is required; A – achieving and staying committed to the goals; L – learning from their accomplishments and sharing lessons with others; and S – staying SMART (set goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound).
