Full Tulle, Pearls and Rhinestones for 2016 Brides
The Scotiabank Wedding Spectacular 2016 afforded patrons six hours of euphoria on Sunday, February 21, at the Hope Botanical Gardens in St Andrew. Soft tulle layering, beaded and strapless bodices, some with whimsical characteristics that elicited oohs and aahs as the models walked down the runway – sum up the designs presented by White Lotus Bridal Boutique, House of Neahlis, and Petals & Promises. Sandy’s Collection featured an array of bridesmaids’ dresses in a variety of colours, while House of Clay revealed a collection of pre- and post-nuptial dresses and gowns, ranging in texture and oomph. Minka, the acclaimed ‘queen of crochet’, incorporated gold accessories and coloured roses to complement the delicate cut-to-fit designs.
