Finding the perfect position
Many people experiment with different sex positions; however, finding the right one can be a challenge. Not to worry, Bridget Thompson-Dunkley, author of Sexual Encounters, has a three-step plan for finding the best move to bring you the most pleasure.
1. Communicate
For you to be at your best, your partner has to be at his best as well. And for this to even happen, it is important that the both of you are on the same page which can only happen if the communication lines are open. Whether it is having the conversation before, during or after sex, it is important that you communicate with your partner at all times. Use your ears and listen; listen to what your partner is saying. Whether it is telling him to shift a little to the left or the right for you to be at your best, you have to be working in tandem with your partner.
2. Ensure that your environmental conditions are optimal
Just as how Usain Bolt has to ensure that the wind speed is okay before taking off down the track, so, too, do you need to be mindful of your environment. When trying to discover your best sex move, you must ensure that the environment you are in is conducive to what it is that you are trying to do. Ensure that the mood is right, the lights are dim, the temperature of the room is just right; all these parameters must be covered so that when the limelight is on you, you are ready to shine.
3. Just do it
Nothing tried, nothing gained. You may have done all the research online or saw it in a movie but now is your time to give it a go. It is important to remember that while you may not get it on your first try, there is no harm in trying again once your partner is willing. Experiment with your partner especially if he is willing. Be open to comprise, as you may find another move to be more pleasurable than the one you had intended to try in the first place.
