The big news out of London though is that Jamaica’s best friend Kate Moss will throw the party of all parties to celebrate her 30th birthday on January 16. The plan is to charter a plane to fly 75 family and friends to Jamaica for the £100,000 bash. The best news of all is that she’s begging not a single thing. Now haven’t we always told you that she’s a great friend and that poverty sucks?
There’s more – she’ll be flying in her own team of cooks, as well as her great friend Bobby Gillespie’s band Primal Scream others on the guest list include: Sadie Frost, Naomi Campbell, Rosemary Ferguson, Anita Pallenberg, as well as Kate’s mum and baby Lilla. No official word yet on baby father Jefferson Hack úbut we’ll keep you posted.
Her close friend says that “This is going to be a no-expenses spared party to end all parties”.
The gorgeous Lennox Lewis is now fully rested after his sojourn at Jamaica Inn. Jamaica Inn by the way has just been named by Conde Nast Traveller as the 20th hot spot in the world.
Still on the UK scene, the stylish Dr Vernella Fuller Armah did her recent birthday celebrations at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Claridges. Her guest list was restricted to close associates only. Vernella will be in Jamaica, her second home, for the upcoming festive season.
