Style Meets Sisterhood
It was a day chock-full of insight at The Palm Terrace in Montego Bay, as hormonal health and aesthetics specialist Dr Charmaine Thomas hosted the Menopause Rebirth Workshop on March 30. With rising awareness of hormone-related health challenges, the event informed attendees on actionable strategies to manage the common symptoms of menopause such as brain fog, fatigue, hot flashes, immobility, and weight gain, while also learning about advanced therapies such as bioidentical hormone replacement, nutrition-based healing, and pelvic floor care. The workshop served as the launch of Thomas’s Menopause Rebirth Movement, which aims to empower women with education, practical lifestyle strategies, and community support.
