Maintaining her stride in deep stretch, Heiroffire secured a 2¼-length victory in 1:04.1 (25.0 x 50.1). Buzz Assault (Tyrese Anderson) took second, with JJTheStriker (Richard Henry) finishing third.

This race ended with a two-horse spill as Cappuccino, ridden by Dane Dawkins, broke down, flooring Dawkins close to the finishing line, while fourth by the winning post Nuttin But Trouble, with Oshane Nugent in the saddle, also broke down.
