Seeing patrons come together to enjoy great music in such a historic setting was truly special,” said Gyete Ghartey, promoter of Yesterday’s Best of the 90’s and co-promoter of Good Times. “Our goal was to create a seamless and enjoyable experience, and the overwhelming positive feedback from attendees confirms that we achieved that. We’re excited about the future and look forward to continuing to provide top-tier entertainment.”
A critical factor in the event’s success was the innovative approach to managing transportation and accessibility. Recognising the challenges of hosting the event at Fort Rocky, organisers secured off-site parking at the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Air Wing. A dedicated shuttle service operated throughout the night, transporting guests between the parking area and the venue. This arrangement not only minimised congestion but also underscored a commitment to responsible event management and environmental sensitivity.
