It’s all systems go for D’Aftermas

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Organisers of the highly-anticipated D’Aftermas are buzzing with excitement as another staging of the event draws closer.

Slated for this Saturday, at the UWI Mona Campus, promoters say the event promises to deliver world class entertainment for its patrons.

Boasting a lineup of international DJs, the event will feature the Redbull Selector segment which will give patrons a chance to directly decide the type of music they want to hear, fully immersing themselves in the experience.

Additionally, young professionals who have a minimum Bachelor’s degree are invited to redeem free VIP passes for the event, as a means of celebrating their achievements and to motivate current students to complete their degrees in spite of challenges they may be facing promoters say.

CEO of Campus Elite, Sandre Malcolm said “This year is going to be an incredible year. From the Redbull Selector Set, to all the offerings available for our patrons, it promises to be vibe non-stop. We also wouldn’t be Campus Elite without including the students, and so, two of our DJs are actually upcoming DJs who are popular in the college entertainment scene.”

Participating in the Redbull Selector Set will be the internationally-recognized Chromatic, and renowned Soca DJ, Travis World. Other disc jocks for the night include Vinchi, Carlos A Team, alongside top College DJs Selector Watty and Breeze & Jubba.

Patrons in the general section, “Island Mas”, will enjoy complimentary food village and hassle-free bars, while those in the VIP section, “The Oasis”, will enjoy unlimited coconut water courtesy of Pure Country, 3 hassle-free bars, 2-for-1 cocktails and a food court. The Oasis will also be powered by Dream Weekend.

Tickets are available for purchase at select locations, including Jangas Soundbar & Grill, The Vape Shoppe, Grab N Go outlets, Ribbiz Ultra Lounge and online at bio.campuselitejm.com.

General tickets are available for $3000 presold and $4000 at the gate, while VIP tickets are $5000 presold and $7000 at the gate.
