Gas prices down $1.77, diesel down $1.47
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, February 27, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $1.77, 90-octane will be sold for $160.42 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $152.40 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $163.61 per litre after a decrease of $1.47 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $172.59 per litre down by $1.44.
Kerosene is down by $2.62 and will be sold for $145.09 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $69.68 per litre down by $1.51 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $77.71 per litre down by $1.56.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
