48-hour curfew imposed in sections of Grants Towns, St Mary
GRANTS TOWN, St Mary-A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Grants Town, St Mary.
The curfew began at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 14 and will remain in effect until 6:00 pm on Sunday, February 16.
The boundaries of the curfew are:
North: Along an imaginary line from the intersection of Villa Road entrance, extending approximately 1500 meters in a northwesterly direction to a section of Kidd Land.
West: Along an imaginary line running about 2200 meters northward from Kidd Land to the intersection of Kidd Land and Mason Hall roadway.
East: Along an imaginary line extending northeast for approximately 1250 meters from the Mason Hall roadway intersection to the entrance of Firefly Estate.
South: Along an imaginary line running about 1200 meters from the Firefly Estate entrance to the Villa Road entrance.
During the hours of the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises, unless otherwise authorised by the ground commander.
