St Andrew South Police Division list wanted men, persons of interest

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The St Andrew South police have listed several wanted men and persons of interest in their division, who are being asked to report to the Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) immediately.

According to the police, these individuals are either persons of interest, wanted for serious crimes or identified as violence producers influencing criminal activities in their respective communities.

They are:

In Upper Whitfield Town —

  1. A person known only as “Nineties” of Glen Road, St Andrew, a person of interest in the murder of Donovan Edwards also known as “Jubbi” on November 13, 2024;
  2. Mark Bingham also known as “Rasta”, a person of interest in the double murder of 17-year-old Andrew Maylor and 19-year-old Cornell Wellington on November 15, 2024;
  3. Andre Frame also known as “Coman” or “Fine Voice”, also a person of interest in the murder of Donovan Edwards; and
  4. Imani Daley also known as “GG”, a person of interest in the shooting of Shane Mason otherwise called “Nanko” and Antoinette Bembridge otherwise called “Alice” on September 9, 2024.

In Lower Whitfield Town —

  1. Sheldon Barnett who is a person of interest in the murder of Sayid Mitchell otherwise called “Bredda Bredda” on November 15, 2024;
  2. Shawn Green also known as “Jaheem”, a person of interest in the murder of Michael Gordon otherwise called “Zakius” on January 18, 2025; and
  3. Omar Denton also known as “Coolie”, a person who the police identified as a violence producer influencing criminal activities in the Metcalfe Road area.

In Moscow, White Lane, Tripe Lane —

  1. Ricardo Moodie also known as “Bloody Guns”, a person who the police identified as a violence producer in the Moscow, Tripe Lane, and White Lane areas;
  2. Romario Brown also known as “Charlie”, a person who the police identified as a violence producer in the Moscow, Tripe Lane, and White Lane areas; and
  3. Shane James also known as “Judge”, a person of interest in the murder of Rushif Hasani Thomas on December 10, 2025.

In Two Miles —

  1. Dane Smith also known as “Mashy Don”, a person of interest in the triple murder of Steven Myers, Kemar Hardware and Ricardo Baker on November 2, 2024;
  2. Travis Vassell also known “Rue”, a person of interest in the murder of Kevin Richards on January 24, 2025;
  3. Mark Stevens who the police identified as a violence producer influencing criminal activities in the Kidd Lane and Bowen Road areas; and
  4. Jamar Hilton also known as “Jordan”, a person of interest in the murder of Hamish Scott on June 9, 2024.

The police are urging those listed to avoid the discomfort of being pursued by officers, to prevent unnecessary confrontations and to comply with law enforcement before further action is taken.

Individuals who know the whereabouts of any of the listed persons are being urged to contact the St Andrew South CIB at (876) 923-7111, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
