CLARENDON, Jamaica – A 22-year-old Clarendon woman has been arrested and charged after making a video threatening violence against police officers last week.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) charged Dhana Warren of Elliot Street, May Pen, Clarendon with Malicious Communication following the January 23 missive.
Reports from the lawmen are that a video was posted on her social media platform which “incited violence, issued threats and was a disturbance to the
public’s peace.”
In that now-viral video Warren cited the killing of alleged gangster Othniel “Thickman” Lobban whom she referred to as “Daddy One” saying,
“All a the Babylon them, let this be a threat, unuh ago get it back. Spanish Town is going to be locked down.”
Lobban had been fatally shot by police earlier that same day.
Resulting violent unrest forced the closure of schools and business and prompted increased police activity in the area.
