The Norwegian Seafood Council hosted a ‘Taste of Norway: Salt fish Delights’ pop-up event in Portmore, St Catherine, showcasing innovative salt fish dishes that blend Norwegian seafood with Jamaican cuisine.
The event, which featured live music, dance performances, and food samples, aimed to promote salt fish as a sustainable and flavourful ingredient, highlighting the cultural connection between Norway and Jamaica.
This is the latest in a series of successful activations in Jamaica, following previous events in Kingston.
