Alaine joins star-studded line-up for Musical Delights, Feb 9
Reggae sensation Alaine has joined a galaxy of musical legends performing on the 15th edition of Musical Delights to be hosted by the Lions Club of Kingston on Sunday, February 9 in the Gardens of the Jamaica Pegasus.
Known for numerous hits, including No Ordinary Love, Rise in Love, Born to Win, You Give Me Hope, and Sacrifice, Alaine is assuring her fans that she will be performing her full catalogue at Musical Delights.
Other headliners at the Lions Club of Kingston Charity event include the Messanjah Luciano, the legendary Johnny Clarke, veteran DJ General Trees, Kimilea “Candy” Isaacs, Sandy Smith, Everton Pessoa, Althea Hewitt, D’Kru, Errol Lee and the Bare Essentials Band.
MC is the hilarious Dr Michael Abrahams.
The show is the main fund-raiser for the Lions Club of Kingston Sight Foundation.
This 2025 edition comes when the Lions Club is celebrating the 60th anniversary of its establishment in Jamaica. The Kingston Club was chartered in 1965, the first of 25 clubs in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Among its main achievements are establishment of the Heart Foundation of Jamaica, the Diabetes Association, the Sight Foundation, and several clinics in Jamaica and Cayman.
Part proceeds from the concert will go towards construction of a state of the art Sight Clinic facility at 30 Beechwood Avenue.
