Essynce Brunch — a fashionable delight
Dubbed a celebration of lifestyle and sophistication, the recent staging of Essynce Fashionable Brunch attracted a large number of entertainment industry and business sector professionals, all stylishly dressed.
Held at The Couture Village (Police Officers’ Club) on Hope Road in the Corporate Area, the event featured non-stop musical juggling by the likes of DJ Mario, the in-demand Kryptic, and Shukkle Bus.
Each DJ dived into his musical arsenal, displaying versatility, all seamlessly blending genres such as dancehall, soca, Afrobeats, and a touch of old school rhythm and blues. The mission to keep patrons musically entertained was fully accomplished.
Carlo Champino, one of the organisers of Essynce Fashionable Brunch, in an interview with the Jamaica Observer, said the event has grown exponentially since it was first held in June 2023.
“The very first Essynce Fashionable Brunch was held at La Vida at Pollyanna. Back then it was a more intimate gathering, but the core idea of merging fashion, food, and fun was always there. Over the period the event has grown significantly, now featuring premium sponsorships, elevated entertainment, and a focus on creating unique, interactive experiences for our patrons,” said Champino.
He added, “Essynce is more than an event, it’s an experience tailored for women who love to express themselves through fashion, good vibes, and impeccable taste. It’s a celebration of chic elegance, offering a space where ladies can enjoy a luxurious yet lively atmosphere while showcasing their best style. It’s where fashion meets fun, and every detail — from the décor to the entertainment — is designed to cater to that sophisticated yet playful energy.”
Asked bout the highlights of the event Champino shared: “The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the energy of our patrons. From the moment guests arrived dressed to impress, the air was electric. However, if I had to choose, I’d say the Ya Suh Nice food station and the Remy Martin welcome bar were standout features, offering a unique blend of indulgence and refreshment that elevated the experience.”
Among the celebrities and entrepreneurs seen partying among the throng of patrons were dancehall artistes Bounty Killer, members of Voicemail, producer Leftside, recording artistes Moyann and Raine Seville, event promoter and influencer Jeramule “Nino” Adair and Andrae Artwell.
