Welcome to JamRock Reggae Cruise sails with Purpose

Damian “Jr Gong” Marley and his team generously gifted over 2,800 books in the past nine years to help inspire a love for reading and creative exploration among children, teens, and young adults across the island.

The Welcome to JamRock Reggae Cruise (WTJRC) delivered an unforgettable five-day experience at sea. Hosted by the Marley Brothers and Family, the WTJRC stayed true to its commitment to support the educational pursuits of young Jamaicans — through its annual book drive donation to the Jamaica Library Service.

With live performances by some of the biggest names in the dancehall and reggae industry, the WTJRC treated guests to daylong workshops, competitions and fun.

The WTJRC Book Drive aims to combine entertainment with meaningful social impact, creating a legacy that resonates far beyond the music. The event continues to solidify its reputation as a one-of-a-kind celebration of reggae culture and community.
