Sweet treat

SCORES of residents from communities surrounding Gordon House in Kingston were on Wednesday feted at the annual Houses of Parliament’s Christmas Treat for senior citizens and children.

The treat was organised by the Houses of Parliament’s Staff Welfare and Outreach Committee with contributions from parliamentarians, staff, and sponsors from the public and private sector.

This year’s treat featured a Health Village for senior citizens and a Kiddies Park for the children.

Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Olivia Grange took time to greet children in the Kiddies Park. x
