ST JAMES, Jamaica- Dancehall icon Beenie Man is set to perform at Hitz of Yesteryear, setting a highpoint for the series that culminates Saturday at Pier One in Montego Bay.

The series had two previous stagings earlier this year at the same venue.

According to Lution Lewin, promoter of the event, Beenie Man’s performance will be the icing on the cake to what has now become a highly-anticipated event.

“We’ve been steadily building since 2019 and for this year we wanted to end the season on a high so pulling for Beenie Man, one of Jamaica’s top performers  to end with a bang was an easy call. Beenie Man is excited and he’s looking forward to delivering his usual top notch performance with all the hits,” Lewin stated.

“We always have our patrons dancing for the entire night as having that fun, enjoyable party atmosphere is important for us. On the night DJ Nicco, Bad Gyal Marie and Krazy Kris have that responsibility and they’re also ready to put on a show.”

Tickets for the event can be purchased st Pier One, Fontana Pharmacy, Cars to Cars as well as Prospective Motors at a cost of $3,000.00 pre-sold and at the gate for $3500.00.

Gates are set to open at 9:00 pm.
