J Wray and Nephew launches dazzling CampariStars Week
J Wray & Nephew Limited on Sunday flipped the switch at its corporate office on Dominica Drive, New Kingston, launching the second staging of its CampariStars Week with a dazzling display of Christmas lights to complement an evening of fun for staff and guests.
“This is my first Christmas here at J Wray & Nephew and I really like to see the employees enjoying themselves and feel the excitement,” Managing Director Daniel Caron told the Jamaica Observer.
CampariStars Week is to designed to show appreciation to staff across all the company’s sites islandwide by engaging them in different activities from December 1 to 7, 2024.
The company said the event is also used to strengthen connections, increase Christmas cheer, and encourage generally positive vibes and employee engagement.
Following on Sunday’s event, a family affair named Fully Bright Building Lighting, the company staged the first of its Christmas villages and gift collections at its Spanish Town Road location, coupled with acts of kindness at Appleton, New Yarmouth, on Monday.
Throughout the week similar activities, as well as what is dubbed Christmas Dress up Day, will he held at the company’s locations.
The week will climax with the staff party, titled License to Distil: Noir Nights, at Caymanas Golf Glub.
