The Pinnacle Montego Bay to host luxury real estate conference
The developers of The Pinnacle Montego Bay, a US$450 million luxury residential lifestyle estate in Reading, St James are set to host an exclusive conference offering insights into the future of luxury real estate in Jamaica.
Headlined “Branded Residences: Unlocking Jamaica’s Real Estate Potential”, the conference will feature leading local and international experts, organisers said.
The hybrid event will be held on Wednesday, December 4, from 9am to 2pm at the Montego Bay Convention Centre.
According to the organisers, it represents a significant opportunity to understand the future of luxury real estate in Jamaica, understand the concept and impact of branded residences, examine market data and investment opportunities and network with industry leaders and experts.
“Jamaica is known globally as a premier tourism destination. We have curated Branded Residences as a collaborative event that will further elevate Jamaica’s global image, position the country as a regional pioneer in luxury real estate, and set the pace for a thriving industry,” said Yangsen Li, CEO of LCH Developments, the developers of The Pinnacle Montego Bay. “This is a niche opportunity to engage leading stakeholders to define the future of luxury real estate.”
Branded Residences will feature several distinguished speakers, including a keynote address from Edmund Bartlett, Minister of Tourism, dubbed Charting the Course: Jamaica’s Luxury Real Estate Renaissance.
Minister Bartlett’s message will extrapolate the government’s vision for tourism and real estate integration.
“The Pinnacle Montego Bay represents a transformative leap for Jamaica, redefining Montego Bay not just as a premier resort destination but as a dynamic city poised for global tourism and luxury real estate investment. This conference speaks to a larger vision for an integrated tourism and real estate economy, signalling to the world that Jamaica is ready to compete at the highest level,” noted Bartlett.
“By embracing concepts like branded residences, we are opening new pathways for economic growth, job creation, and an elevated global profile,” he added.
Three top international and local experts are also on the speaker lineup to provide insights into global trends, local market analysis, and investment opportunities.
Chris Graham, Managing Director of Graham and Associates (UK), will lead an overview of Branded Residences; Paul Lyn, Chief Performance Officer at BusinessPro Limited (Jamaica), will delve into statistics, leading a session aptly titled “By the Numbers: Branded Residences at The Pinnacle”, and Riyan Itani, Founder and Managing Director of Global Branded Residences Ltd (UK), will supply insights in the form of a Market Analysis.
Attendees are promised a comprehensive understanding of the branded residence concept and its potential in Jamaica, in-depth market data and investment projections, networking opportunities with industry leaders and potential investors, and interactive Q&A sessions with speakers.
“Branded Experiences will give every attendee a competitive edge in Jamaica’s evolving luxury market,” said Li. “We encourage industry professionals, investors, and anyone with interest in the future of luxury real estate in Jamaica to attend this landmark conference.”
The Pinnacle Montego Bay has a gross development value of US$1 billion, and the project fosters local and national growth across multiple sectors.
