iCreate Limited is now officially Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited. In a name-changing ceremony held at the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s (JSE) Harbour Street offices in downtown Kingston last Thursday, November 28, members of the company turned up to witness the historic moment.
The Tyrone Wilson-led company which first emerged as a digital and creative training entity, a few months ago decided to undergo a name change to Kintyre, which saw its business transition to become a diversified investment outfit.
Bearing a new name, logo, and tag line (See. Believe. Achieve), Kintyre Holdings, powered by a new growth strategy, aims to become a global company, creating value across a wide range of industries through strategic ventures.
Speaking at the renaming ceremony last week, Wilson said that “the rebrand marks a significant transformation in the company’s journey, expanding beyond its roots in creative education to include real estate development, financing , digital advertising, and hospitality”.
As chairman, president, and CEO of the officially rebranded Kintyre, Wilson and some members of his team along with the JSE family raised a glass in celebration of the transition.
