Minor earthquake felt in St Andrew
ST ANDREW, Jamaica – The Earthquake Unit at the University of West Indies, Mona Campus says a magnitude 3.0 earthquake was felt in parts of Jamaica today.
The 4:22 pm quake, with its epicentre located approximately 11 km south east of Annotto Bay, St Mary, was reportedly felt in Brandon Hill, St Andrew, the unit revealed in a preliminary report.
Other residents who felt the quake are being asked to report it.
