Paramount pulling out all stops for annual Christmas treat in Waltham Park
PARAMOUNT Trading Jamaica is again reaching out to its corporate partners as it prepares for the 19th staging of its annual Christmas treat in the Waltham Park community in St Andrew.
Scheduled for December 14, the treat is expected to bring the usual holiday spirit to the Waltham Park community.
The annual treat has become a cornerstone of the company’s corporate social responsibility efforts, promising festive celebrations for adults and children in the community.
Set in the heart of Waltham Park — the community Paramount has called home for more than two decades — the treat is an annual, potent reminder of the company’s enduring commitment to community upliftment.
Through this initiative Paramount has consistently provided contributions to the well-being of local families, offering gifts and entertainment as well as a space for connection, celebration, and solidarity. This year’s event will feature a range of activities, including gifts for children, entertainment, and overall community-building activities.
“At Paramount we understand that our success is deeply linked to our community, so we believe that it is our responsibility to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. The Waltham Park community has been an integral part of our lives, and this Christmas treat is our way of showing our immense gratitude and commitment to the people who support us,” said Hugh Graham, CEO and managing director of Paramount Trading Jamaica.
“It’s a reminder that, as a corporate entity, our responsibilities extend beyond business and bottom lines — they encompass the people who enrich our story. For this reason, Paramount delivers a yearly spirit of care, unity, and compassion that we hope to make these residents’ lives better,” added Graham.
He said Paramount is deeply grateful for the generous support it has received from corporate Jamaica, whose donations of items and resources have played a vital role in ensuring the success of the event over the years.
“The company once again welcomes the continued support from corporate partners this year. This annual event exemplifies Paramount’s enduring commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of Jamaicans and is part of a broader range of charitable initiatives undertaken year-round, including charity runs and educational tours for local schools.
“Paramount Trading Jamaica remains dedicated to its mission of creating positive social impact through its operations,” declared Graham.
