St Catherine man facing multiple charges after gun attack
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – A St Catherine man has been slapped with four charges after he allegedly chased down and shot at several people in Passageforth last month.
Twenty-three-year-old Neville ‘Tyshawn’ Able, a labourer of a Portmore address, was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition, and two counts of shooting with intent in relation to the incident.
Portmore police report that about 7:50 am on October 29, Able and another man reportedly chased and opened gunfire at the complainants along a roadway in the parish.
It was reported that the men escaped unhurt, and the gunmen escaped on foot in the area. A report was made to the police and Able was later arrested and subsequently charged. His court date is being finalised.
