Conductor charged with wounding with intent
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica- Detectives assigned to the Spanish Town Criminal Investigations Branch have charged a 32-year-old bus conductor after he allegedly confessed to stabbing another man in the old capital on Thursday, October 24
He is 32-year-old Kemar Goffe of Washington Boulevard, St Andrew.
Reports from the Spanish Town police are that about 9:00 pm Goffe and another man were standing outside a passenger bus when they got into an argument. It is alleged that during the argument, Goffe used a knife to inflict a wound to the man’s chest. The man was assisted to the hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
Goffe later turned himself into the police and was subsequently charged after reportedly confessing to the incident. His court date is being arranged.
