Gas prices up $0.25, diesel up $2.90
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, November 7, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $0.25, 90-octane will be sold for $170.24 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $161.22 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $165.27 per litre after an increase of $2.90 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $173.16 per litre up by $2.86.
Kerosene increased by $1.96 and will be sold for $153.03 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $75.47 per litre up by $0.96 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $85.50 per litre after an increase of $1.58.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
