Chuck Fenda and Friends to invade West Haven, Connecticut
Reggae artiste Chuck Fenda, dubbed ‘The Living Fire’, will bring his arsenal of hit songs to West Haven, Connecticut for the first time on Friday, November 1.
The event, which is called Chuck Fenda and Friends, is being promoted by One Love Radio and Living Fire Entertainment. It will take place at the Museum Bar and Grill.
Joining Chuck Fenda on the lineup are former ARP member MitchDSinger, Trinidadian singer Cassie Power and Payton Grae among others.
“This will be my first time performing in West Haven and I am looking forward to performing my hit songs for the fans. So, the fans can expect an event that will entertain them, and one that will be memorable for a long time,” said Chuck Fenda.
Known for songs such as I Swear, Coming Over Tonight, Gash Dem and Light Dem, Cry For My People and Eternal Fire among others, Chuck Fenda is known for his high energy performances.
Cassie Power, from Arima in Trinidad and Tobago, recently performed alongside Chuck Fenda in New York at Loc Fest.
“Chuck pulled me from the audience at Loc Fest and we ended up performing the song Coming Over Tonight right on the spot. The moment really took off and now our performance is going viral on social media with more than 300K views so far. I’m excited to share the stage with him again,” said Cassie Power.
Fenda is known for giving opportunities to rising new female acts. In 2006 he teamed up with Cherine Anderson for the #1 hit Coming Over Tonight and in 2014 he collaborated with a then unknown female artiste Jada K (Jada Kingdom) on the track Believe.
Cassie Power and Chuck Fenda have recorded a song titled PLT (Pretty Little Trini) which was produced by Koolychat. The song was released on October 15.
