Rick Brown tackles change in new gospel track
Gospel recording artiste Rick Brown is showing gratitude in his newly released single titled Jesus Made A Change In Me.
“The song is about being changed by God; from being rejected and abused, laughed at, and looked down on, but God came in and gave this joy that changes everything. From being a sinner to a winner,” the singer told the Jamaica Observer.
Produced by Jermaine Clarke, the track was officially released on October 12.
Since its release, the track has been receiving positive feedback, with fans commending the relatability and relevance.
“The song is doing well on YouTube so far and the fans are loving it. For this song, I’m hoping that it will touch someone’s heart and have a positive impact on their life. I’m also hoping that someone will find the same life-changing joy that I did,” Brown said.
Hailing from a small community in Westmoreland called Beeston Spring and Whitehouse, Brown has been in the music game professionally for the past five years. With his mission to create authentic gospel music that the world can relate to, his previous releases include Long Ago, Jesus Did It For Me, He Rescued Me, Bright City, and Go With Me.
Going forward, his goal is to continue making more music with guidance from God.
“I’m hoping to bring back that great feeling that people once had listening to gospel music. My mission is simply changing lives all over the world with great music,” he said.
