Man killed in Spanish Town home invasion

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A St Catherine man was shot and killed during a home invasion on Sunday evening on Fairfield Road in Spanish Town, St Catherine.

The deceased has been identified as 41-year-old Martin Hudson of a Fairfield Road address in St Catherine.

Reports are that about 7:55 pm, Hudson was at home with his brother when armed men entered the house and opened fire, injuring Hudson and his brother. Hudson later succumbed to his injuries, while his brother has been hospitalised in a stable condition.

The Spanish Town Criminal Investigative Branch is investigating.
