Vevinne Walker, company pharmacist and customer service manager at Cari-Med Group Limited, accepts an award from Group Chairman Dr Glen Christian, for 30 years of spearheading continuing education seminars for pharmacists. Sharing in the moment is William Holton (left), Apotex Canada’s director, commercial operations, Asia, Pacific and the Caribbean. The occasion was a celebration on October 5 to recognise the 50th anniversary of the founding of Apotex, and 38 years of partnership between Apotex and Cari-Med. The event was held at Cari-Med’s distribution centre at Bernard Lodge, St Catherine.
