Kanye West sued for alleged drugging, sexual assault of ex assistant at Diddy party
Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant at a party hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to a new lawsuit.
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as West’s personal assistant between 2021 and 2022, in court documents claim that years before her employment, West invited her and her former musician client to a gathering at a music studio in Santa Monica that West and Combs co-hosted.
According to a report by the New York Post, Pisciotta alleges that West told everyone at the party that they had to drink or leave, and after taking just a few sips, she “suddenly started to feel disoriented … and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state”.
Pisciotta, who is a former OnlyFans model, said the next day she could not remember the events of the previous night and felt “ashamed and embarrassed”.
The lawsuit further claims that her unidentified musician client “was too traumatised and disturbed to speak about the night”.
The lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
The suit claims that while Pisciotta believed she had been drugged, she suspected that a studio assistant or another individual who prepared the drinks might have been responsible.
The New York Post report said the revelation of what allegedly transpired came just before West terminated her employment.
The lawsuit claims that West made the confession while complaining that his ex-wife made a negative comment about Pisciotta, whom the ex believed West cheated with.
Offering to text West’s ex to clarify that nothing inappropriate had occurred, West allegedly stopped her, admitting, “We did kind of hook up a little one time,” according to the report.
According to the lawsuit, West then continued to recount details of the night, where he “hooked up” with Pisciotta — of which she told him she has no recollection. West allegedly responded with a dismissive laugh, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember”, the report said.
The new allegations were filed on Tuesday as part of Pisciotta’s ongoing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. The initial claims accused West of sending inappropriate texts, sharing sexual fantasies with Pisciotta, and sending her explicit photos and videos of himself with other women.
It also includes a claim that West once locked himself in a room with Pisciotta and masturbated next to her before falling asleep, the report said.
Pisciotta further alleges that West promised her millions in severance when he terminated her employment in October 2022, but she never received the money and is still owed part of her salary.
West’s legal team previously dismissed the lawsuit as “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail the rapper, according to a June statement made to Page Six.
A representative for West has yet to comment on the recent developments.
