The $1.4-million Harlequin Trophy: A battle for supremacy

2. ABILITY: (4 b c by Lion Tamer – Disability Charm) – Despite ditching rider on September 21, Ability has shown promise over the straight and so a decent performance expected.
3. FEARLESS SOUL: (4 ch c by Soul Warrior – Rumble) – Well-bred, but faces stiff competition.Fearless Soul is unlikely to contend for top honours.
4. SENSATIONAL MOVE: (4 ch c by Sensational Slam – Money Move) – Proven course specialist. Sensational Move’s last two victories have come over this distance under 1 minute. On February 17, he ran 59.2 and on September 7, he ran 59.4. He is expected to be a strong contender for victory.
5. INSPIRE FORCE (USA): (4 ch c by Union Jackson – Exotic Design) – Unlikely to make an impact. Inspire Force has no chance.
6. MADELYN’S SUNSHINE (USA): (5 dk b/br m by Joe’s Son Joey – Madelyn’s Finest) – After a disappointing seventh-place finish in the None Such Trophy on September 14, Madelyn’s Sunshine looks to rebound in the Harlequin Trophy. She finished 28 lengths behind Desert of Malibu, Wall Street Trader, and
Is That A Fact over 6 furlongs (1,200m). However, stepping down in class and entering this contest in good condition, Madelyn’s Sunshine is poised to make a strong impact. Her training has been impressive, and she’s expected to fight out the finish.
